RealPlayer express is too slow
I went from RealPlayer plus to RealPlayer express because I only want to download and play videos.
It started out downloading as fast as 90Mbps. It now downloads at 1-5 Mbps and causes the computer to slow down so that the video buffers, even with that slow of a speed.

I am also encountering this issue. I recently switched from RealPlayer Plus to RealPlayer Express because I only want to download and play videos. Initially, the download speeds were great, hitting up to 90Mbps. But now, it's slowed down significantly to just 1-5 Mbps, and it's causing my computer to slow down as well, making videos buffer even at those low speeds. This has been frustrating, especially when working with video editing software like CapCut, where smooth playback and fast processing are essential. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any advice would be appreciated!

Ronald - Have you signed into RealPlayer? Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Downloader Express features.
Glen - We don't see a paid account under your gmail address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer with the email address associated with your purchase.
