Can't get thumbnails for downloads of videos
Since I got new version (2 days ago) can't download videos with thumbnails - just get icon symbol. With previous versions this was never a prob. Can download images without any problem. What setting got changed and how to I correct this??? Really need to thumbnails!!!!!

Can you please do the following and let us know what you notice.
- Open RealPlayer
- Right click on a video in your library that doesn't have Thumbnails and click Locate File (This will open the folder where your files are saved)
Please let us know if you see Thumbnails there. If you don't see there, RealPlayer also won't show. This is a Windows issue and Windows is not configured to show Thumbnails. In such case, you will need to contact Microsoft. If you do see a Thumbnail in the folder, please capture a screenshot and send it back. Prefer if you could send 2 screenshots. 1) From RealPlayer and 2) From the folder.
