no video sound after a few minutes

I've updated to RealPlayer Downloader Express. Downloaded a video, the video is compete, but after some minutes there is no longer any sound. What can I do?

  If you ask the customer service, they have no idea what's wrong. But they sent the money I've paid immediately back.
