I can't find my Premium info - Had a lifetime membership

I purchased a "LIFETIME" Premium plan many years ago - probably 2013.
Now that I need to use it again, I can't find any of the original signup information anywhere, so I may enable it.
Real's website support has no way to contact support directly (or at least they make it impossible to find how to), so I am trying the community supp...
Please help!   For my Mother's upcoming birthday, I need some CDs burned with premium features, which I am entitled to, but can't access.
