Unwanted foreign language

When I download English-speaking videos using RealPlayer Downloader, sometimes the download is in a foreign language. Why? How do I ensure the video will not be converted to another language?

  Did you find the answer to this?  I'm having the same problem. It only happens to a few random videos. It started about a week ago.

  Also having the same problem.  The downloader build is 24.0.3.312 and I get a message that I have the latest downloader every time I check.  I do not get the dialog box shown in the instructions.  I find it surprising that the preferences settings are unable to provide a direct option to specify the required language.  Or that the downloader is not able to query the settings used by the browser that launches it and use those settings to determine the appropriate download language.
