Plus Subscribe

I have a subscription to Plus but i cannot download with 1080 or 4K quality. videodl version is 2024.11.18.0. My user name aamediamanagement@mbc.net

I already login to 4 devices and working fine. but in the 5th Computer is not working.

  You are on an old version of the Videodl. 

  To make sure you are using the latest version, check to see whether there is an update available:

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the logo, then Check for Update:
  - If the Message Center window appears, click Other Software to get the latest version of RealDownloader.

  Please note: The latest Video Downloader version is 2025.1.26.0

  both versions not working with us.

   

  When we change the video quality to 1080 or 4k, it asks me to subscribe to Premium. please advise.

   

  We already have Plus subscribed.
