Sign In always fails-Windows 10

I have tried ever "answer" I have found but I cannot sign in. Anyone have a similar problem? I have "clean uninstalled" and reinstalled and am still unable to sign in!

  Can you please let me know what happens when you try to sign in? Any error messages?

  "Unable to login currently, please try again shortly. If the problem persists you may need to restart your computer."

  This is always the same message. I have tried this as well as a clean removal and reinstall only to continue not being able to sign in. Extremely frustrating. I never had a problem with this until Windows 10 did a update. Then I lost all of my previously Real Player Videos, photos, Videos, etc.
