    First off, we don't charge our customers for technical support. I am sorry that you had to reach a wrong company that is fraudulently representing RealNetworks. I have passed on the information to our legal team. In the meanwhile, I looked up your account and see that you subscribed to RealTimes Premium (Annual) plan. You don't have to pay an extra $15 for the DVD to work. It is already built into the plan you subscribed to.

    If you want to take this offline, I will email you separately. Please let me know.

    Lastly, I have redacted your email address from being displayed to protect your privacy.
