Real Player Not Working

As per your Email I tried but still its not working. Real Player shows but no Web Video is visible. I don't know what to do? Please guide and rectify my problem.

  the picture does not appear when I want to view a downloaded video .Iam having a lot of problems recently . I paid to get this software .Not very happy with it.
