RealPlyer won't open

    Can you please attach install logs for me please? Attach all the .txt files in the folder mentioned below.

    You can find the log files in the following locations:

    C:\ProgramData\Real\RealPlayer

    C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Roaming\Real\RealPlayer

    These logs should help me in understanding why it failed to install.

    How do I attach the files on here? I tried cut and paste, but nothing works.

    The downloader shows up, but I can't start the RealPlayer software. And I can't convert a video if it actually downloads.
