need to contact customer service to update my old email

I need to update my email address on my account, and since I can not log into that address any longer, the message that is sent to verify does not help me.  I tried calling the W. Coast Customer Service #, no longer in service;  tried the NY # and only got a recording.  How do I get in touch with someone who can help me?
