Playback Problems

Ever since I downloaded the updates you said needed to be installed a majority of videos I have saved over the past 5-years will not play properly. All I get is a static-filled screen.

 

What can be done to fix this?

  We are aware of an issue regarding playback of certain files. Our engineers are working on fixing the issue. As soon as it is resolved, I will email you.

  I have downloaded videos that freeze 12 seconds into playback. Nothing I have done fixes the problem.

  Does your computer have 2 or more display cards?
