RealPlayer SP Downloader

My Downloader stopped recognizing downloadable videos.  It had been working normally until a few days ago.  I am running a Mac with Sierra, RealPlayer Sp version 12.0.1.  I tried removing and reinstalling RealPlayer but the problem was not solved. My email is marcus@brazielnuts.net

  Unfortunately, we are not having further development work in the Mac version of RealPlayer.
