Corrupt Video

So some of my real player videos have playback issues by which some videos will play sound but the video would completely be fuzzed out. Other videos wont play at all. Is there anyway to 

1. recover these video files?

2. Trace the source on the internet where I downloaded the videos in question?

  We are aware of this issue. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue. Once the issue is resolved, we will send you an email. In the meanwhile, I request you to convert those files to .MP4 format. You can use RealConverter to convert them to .MP4 format.
