Parsing Error 5/9/18

I am receiving the error  "This file is not supported by the Realplayer trimmer App.   I downloaded the Codec pake which was suggested here previously and it still does not work.  Please advise.  nkxxxx@netzero.com  thamks

  Not sure what the format is all the others I have done are MP4.
