I just paid $39.99 for DVD playback ability, it plays in a little' window, not fullscreen , I want my money back, but no one to call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Our payment processor was not able to charge your credit card as your credit card company blocked the transaction from completing. Therefore you were not charged.

  same with me and NO HELP.  can't email support, no help in community, no help in faqs (they only tell how to resize a video that IS WORKING!).  can't do a chat screen, can't call...NOTHING!
