unable to start realtimes

Hi- I have a mac OS high sierra version 10.13.4.

I've downloaded, installed realtimes and have registered for an account. However, I cannot get the realtimes to start after putting in user name and password. Picture as attached.

I've also tried deleting and reinstalling. Same result

  We are not actively not supporting the MAC version of RealTimes. We are in the process of removing it from our website. Apologize for the inconvenience.
