Error on burning DVD
The following problem has occurred 2x both within the 1st minute of transferring files. I have been using RealPlayer since 2010 with no issues.
I add the music video files. then click "burn videos to disk" within a minute this message pops up:
RealPlayer has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program & notify you if a solution is available. There is no error message given. I click OK & RealPlayer closes. I have already burned 13 music video but can not complete the last 2.
I am using the current version of RealPlayer on my HP dv-1360us Entertainment Notebook. Windows 7 Home Premium 64 it.
Has anyone ever seen this?

Can you restart your computer and try to burn the DVD again? It is quite possible that the burner in the DVD heated up or the file type that you are trying to burn is not compatible. If it is a regular file like a .MP4, you can try to burn after a while or reinstall RealPlayer.

I restarted the computer & was able to burn the DVD, thanks

Great news Gordon. It appears to be that the DVD is heating up and thus failing to burn more. I suggest give it some time to cool down before burning another DVD.

This error usually shows up if there is a problem with either the DVD Disk or the DVD burner it self. Can you try with an alternate brand of DVD disk?
Please let us know the outcome.
