Converting with Real:Player Plus isn't working!

I have Plus on my computers and none of them will allow me to "convert" any files! What's up with that???????? I've tried different videos and different types, but I don't get the "convert" function for any of them.

  As an alternative, please follow these instructions.

  1. Open RealConverter - from All Programs

  2. Add the file you want to convert

  3. Select the format you want to convert to and click Start
