I can't share to Facebook as I am told I have not been granted permission to do so.

  You will need to enable sharing on the Facebook app. This is a restriction from their app.

  I have the app enabled on FB still cant share, get the same message

  It appears that Facebook  has some restrictions that is beyond our control.
