    It appears that something happened to your RealPlayer installation due to the virus. You could attempt to reinstall RealPlayer by following the instructions from this link.

    If the issue persists, perhaps reinstalling the operating system should help because if the virus affected your computer, it is quite possible that other programs also have been affected.
