Can't select Chapters

I just purchased RealPlayer Plus.  I have Windows 10.  I can load CDs but when I stick a regular DVD in, I cannot select Play on the menu screen.  It doesn't let me tab or select anything.  It just expands the Real Player screen.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thank you!

  Would you be able to send us a screenshot of what you are seeing when the DVD is inserted?
