can't download any videos it say no address

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  CANNOT DOWNLOAD VIDEOS!

  I just paid for the upgrade and so far I haven't been able to download anything. It searches for the video then comes back with the message: "No videos to download on this page."  I get the same thing when I copy/paste the web address into the search box. PLEASE FIX!! The program has been removed and reinstalled as well as restarted per the instructions on your troubleshooting instructions. The only thing I AM able to download is your "test" video.
