    It appears that you need to reset your Internet Explorer. Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

    1. Open Internet Explorer

    2. Click the Tools icon on the top right corner and go to Internet Options

    3. Click Advanced tab

    4. Click Reset button and click OK

    5. Restart your computer and try to sign in again.
