Embedding videos in Power Point

I am in need of a simple set of step by step instructions for using Real Player to embed a video from You Tube into a Power Point presentation.

  While we wouldn't be an expert with Power Point presentations, you can refer to Microsoft's help section. Here are instructions on how to download videos from YouTube.

  1. Install the latest version of RealPlayer.

  2. Restart computer

  3. Open YouTube with Chrome or Firefox and play the video

  4. You will see a dropdown indicating that there is a video you could download, click that

  5. Once the video is downloaded, it will be stored in your Videos folder.

  You can use this video and add it to your Power Point presentation.
