  I use Google Chrome

  I download videos from Real Player through your YouTube connection!

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  it's not working at all I am very mad I pay for this and can not should have refunds coming back I did everything you all said
