1) Bonjour, je n'arrive pas à me connecter à RealTimes. On me dit pour réinitialiser votre connexion, redémarrez votre ordinateur et ça NE MARCHE PAS. 

2)L'option télécharger cette vidéo n'apparaît plus sur aucun site.

  We don't offer support in French. 

  Our engineering team released a new version which fixes the download issue.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  This will also resolve your Sign in issue.
