Real Player won't let me update to my new email address

No matter what I do, I cannot update my email address to my new one. I can't even find a phone number or contact email address to call. I was only able to include my new email address as an alternate contact. Why is this so difficult to accomplish?

  OK, where do I provide that information? I realize you have no phone support, but do you have an email contact where I can send my information to you to update? I do NOT want to leave my old and new emails in a public forum.
