    1. Open RealDownloader.

    2. Click the RealDownloader logo on the top left corner and click Preferences.

    3. Make sure there is a download path in the "Save local files to" and change it to "Download" folder.

    4. Click OK and restart your computer.

    Please let us know if this fixed your issue. If this fixes your issue and you are able to download your videos, it means that there are some "Access Rights" issue with your Windows. You will need to contact Microsoft.
