Ineed help
First, my contact information has changed. My new e-mail has changed. It's now,
dennisfoley56@gmail.com, in order to get to my g-mail the password has changed. Promise me you won't share this! I don't need to keep resetting my passwords. Here's the problem I'm having. In my "private" folder of course there are things I don't want anyone to see but the video quality sucks! It's not at all like my music video's. If you can delete all of them that'd be great otherwise I need instructions on how to delete this whole folder. Is that what it's called. I'm thinking that I could right click and then click on "select all" then whatever to delete. Anyway please send instructions to my e-mail and make the corrections to my account.
Lastly, I've had your company for at least 20 years and it's been wonderful for burning CD's and DVD's. I play drums so it's been a real asset. Thank you in advance for your help.

We have edited your post and removed the password you put in there. Please refrain from typing your passwords and personal information going forward as it is a huge security risk.
If you want to delete a file or files from your RealPlayer library, you can simply select them and hit the Delete button.
If you would like us to update your paid account to have dennisfoley56@gmail.com as the primary email address, please let us know.
