Changing my email address
I need to change my Realplayer user/email address. My current id corresponds to an e-mail account that I cancelled , so it is impossible for me to send emails from or access e-mails sent to that account. I was trying to update my user name to my current e-mail account in the platform of Realplayer but the change has to be verified by sending an e-mail confirmation from the old e-mail, which as I mentioned is cancelled. How can I make the change?
