Unable to download videos

How soon is your engineering team is into this matter on unable to download videos?  I need to know, so that can cancel and submit a refund of $39.99 RealPlayer Plus.  I think this download videos is an ongoing issues

  This new for me too I can't download certain video's on you tube. My main problem is I can no longer play my DVD's black screen audio only and I been with them since 2013.
