    why isn't there a way to contact support? this is stupid...need this fixed now, not later

    We have a known issue with certain display adapters that causes RealPlayer to show a white window without the video when playing a DVD. Our engineering team is working on resolving it. We would like to know what your display adapter is in your computer. Would you know that?
