no picture with playback

Have tried to reset playback of video with no picture but it is not successful as per your help page.

  Can you please let us know if you are having this issue when playing a video from a DVD or from a downloaded file?

  Good Day, was playing a video from a DVD as well as Real Player download content. Sound but no picture.
