DVD burning

Have been with realplayer for years...Every now and then a problem arises..this has to do with burning a dvd from realplayer...i have reinstalled 3 times and when the dvd is minutes from completing i get this message...A  general error has occurred end of file:error parsing ac3 audio stream...never got this before...how do we fix it...tired of wasting dvd's...

  i am now having the same problem i think it has something to do with the microsoft update ive tried converting videos to real and reinstalling no luck

  Would you be able to send us the file that you are trying to burn? 

  To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:
