We are not sure which email you are referring to. If you did a clean uninstall, your playlists would have to be recreated. Can you please describe more on what you mean by "it doesn't let me in"? Are you not able to open RealPlayer now?
I can't start the reinstalled Realplayer.
Early today i was able to start the reinstalled app after following your email's instructions and I saw the empty playlist in Music. Now, I tried to restart more than once but it doesn't let me in.

As you said in last one, the app would have to open regularly. So it was after a temporary pause.
