Realplayer Private mode

I'm having trouble retrieving files that I made private in a previous version of RealPlayer. Every time i try to make the clips public again, I get the message "files failed". Why can't I retrieve my clips?

  Access to the feature of Private mode is a paid version. The account associated with the email address you used to post this message doesn't have any paid features. Please sign into RealPlayer with the email address you may have purchased and try to make them public.
