  The Private Mode PIN is separate from the RealPlayer account password and cannot be reset through My Account. 

  If you have forgotten or lost your Private mode PIN, you will have to reset it. The PIN is stored on your computer and can't be altered without access to your computer. 

  Open Private mode and where you are prompted to enter the PIN, click "Forgot your PIN?"

  Follow the online instructions to set a new PIN
