Installation of Real Player plus failing

I keep getting the message:

Play pack not verified as authentic.  Check computer clock - all done and correct

ERROR  CERT-AUTH-FAILED

Frustrated trying different things even changing time to UK as I live in caribbean but can't see why the time matters for this.

  1-2-2020 same deal tried redown loading didn't work...

  I got the same problem- it don't want to work. I think that i will delete this player.
