video dont play for me no more

Used to be able to playback home videos but no longer works.What can be the problem here?

  Can you please let us know what happens when you play videos. Are you seeing any error messages?

  It just says videobeing prepared for me to be able to view it but nothing ever comes up to be able to view it.
