realtimes and roku

None of my videos uploaded to the cloud are playing.  They will not play on my PC and they also will not play on Roku anymore.  I have deleted the realtimes channel on my roku and re-uploaded but this does not work.  None of my videos uploaded to the Cloud will play on my PC.  Nothing is working.  You emailed me and told me to go to Preferences....Hardware....Reliability.....but that does not work either.  The only videos that will playback are the few videos that I still have saved to both the PC and the Cloud.  Help!

  Just wanted to staff know that real-player isn't working on my roku player. Nothing at all. The app doesn't load what so ever. THANK YOU! Joseph Landreneaux...
