Upgrade to Premium

I had to uninstall RealPlayer. Now I can't get it back to Premium. It will only work as demo. What do I do? P.S.I can't log in via twitter, facebook, or other gossippages. I don't have it, and I don't want it.

  We see an active RealPlayer Plus under your Outlook email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your Outlook email address and password. Facebook and Google sign in are only options. You have not created an account through them. Therefore, simply entering your email address and password will activate your Plus features. Please see screenshot below.

  I paid for the upgrade to Premium on 02/18/2020, but have not been able to apply the upgrade.  Please help me install the upgrade or tell me how to get a refund.  Thank you.

  Dan,

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Downloader Express. You chose Google as your login. Please sign into RealPlayer by clicking the Google icon and continue with the login process. This will enable your Downloader Express features.
