computer is new and I do not know how to get all my pictures and videos

My old computer died and I put real player on my new one but how do I get all 

my pictures and movies on ;this computer.  please help

  You will need to transfer the files from your old PC to your new PC that has RealPlayer. Since you say that your old PC died, if you can get the help of an IT technician, he/she must be able to retrieve your files.

  Please note: RealPlayer is only a media player that plays files stored in the local hard drive. If any of those files were stored in the RealCloud (which needs a subscription), simply sign into your RealCloud account and you should be able to see them on your new PC.
