Bookmark I am paying for this but cannot get full use of it, please sort it out.
since the box with bookmarks appeared at top right hand no web videos appear after I have typed in what I want to see and clicked it there is just a quick flash of an empty square box the the screen says- loading but nothing happens. .how do I get rid of this bookmark box? I can play from library okay. just once after pressing many keys it worked perfectly again but the fault is now back. I have deleted then reinstalled the latest version 3 or 4 times. please help me if you can. Many Thanks. 02/03/2020 This morning I tried it and it works perfectly, the bookmark box is still there. I don`t know what has happened but I am grateful as my laptop is my life. I am 87 severely disabled and in a wheelchair, in the past few months have lost both my wife and son, now alone my laptop is my world. Thanks all. Dennis. Been okay all day but it`s back again.

18/03/2020 today I downloaded and installed the latest update and bug fixer but as usual can watch videos from the library but not from the net. fed up with the program and thinking of cancelling my account.
