  Can you please let us know what file type you are trying to burn? It is possible the file format is not compatible with RealPlayer. Anyway, knowing the file type will help us better understand the issue.

  After all that waiting,some how I got to "ready to burn" and it quits - nothing happens !

  file types appear to be MP4
