Cannot download video

When I click on WEB VIDEO and in "search for window box" I typed name od the song or artist the pop up is LOADING but nothing happens. I have uninstalled Real One, made sure there all related files and folders of Real One are removed. Installed program again and same is happening again. I am trying to call Real One for personal support, but cannot connect with anyone. I am member for many, many years and premium member but looks like no one cares.Is there any one that could help. Thanks in advance.
