I can't this to download music. I've paid for it to download and it not doing it. I did get something about a robot but check out just fine.

  Are you downloading music (audio) files or video files? 

  1. Which website are you downloading videos from?

  2. Which web browser are you using to download videos?

  3. Can you please provide a sample URL of the video that you are not able to download?
