Real Player Ultimate

I purchased the ultimate version of real player but I only have the free version and there does not appear to be any way to download what you now call the premium version without having to pay again. Worse, I have to post this and there is virtually no customer support, despite my purchase.

  We don't see a paid account under this email address you used to post this post. Do you have an alternate email address? You will need to sign into RealPlayer with the email address you used to purchase.
