Real Downloader Scam! Beware!

I  was downloading a video on YouTube using Real Downloader. The app displayed an ad saying for a one time fee of $24.99 I could download videos in 4K/HD instead of 720 HD. I paid the $24.99 like an idiot. After paying, I went back to YouTube and when I tried to select the 4K download option, it took me to another ad saying I had to pay $39.99 to download RealPlayer 18.  This company  has already scammed me for $24.99, there was nothing about having to pay an additional $39.99 for the feature to work. Has anyone else been taken in by this scam?

  NEVER click on the ads!! Either wait for it to disappear or when the little thing comes up that says SKIP ADS!

  Mark,

  You created a wrong email address (typo) with us and hence you couldn't activate your paid features.

  We have not scammed anybody. This is a typical user's error which can happen to anyone.

  We have emailed you and have resolved your issue to which our records show that you have acknowledged as well.
