sign in problem

I can't sign in because I get a message saying that I am not connected to Real Times and need to restart my computer. Restarting does not fix the problem.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  When I try to sign in to RealPlayer, offline.html comes up
